"We had our roof, siding and gutter/downspouts replaced on our house and garage due to the hail storm. The contractor sent Jamie from Exterior Outfitters to handle the claim. Initially we were not happy with the insurance company and what little they were willing to do with 25 year old siding and 12 yr plus roof. That all changed once Jamie took over and showed the actual damage. We had all the siding replaced as well as the roof and gutter/downspouts. All the crews did great work and were friendly. We had some specific areas we wanted changed and they were more than accommodating. We are happy with the work and the look of our home. Thank you to the roofers, siders, and gutter crews.
